Jacob Dunaway began his career the old‑fashioned way, door‑to‑door computer repair in The Dalles, Oregon. He wasn't running a tech empire. He was just a guy who understood technology and cared about his community enough to show up and help.
That instinct grew into something bigger. First a retail space inside a local print shop. Then a second location in Hood River. And with every business he walked into, Jake kept seeing the same thing, a gap nobody was filling. Companies didn't just need their computers fixed. So he built Solutions IT. A full‑service IT management company built around the things small businesses actually needed. Data backup, productivity tools, connectivity, support that shows up when you need it.
